Handcrafted Items
All items are handcrafted and one-of-a-kind. Because of this, natural variations are expected and not considered defects.
I photograph and describe each piece accurately so you know exactly what you’re receiving.
General Policy
All sales are generally final.
However, I understand situations may arise, and I evaluate return requests case-by-case.
Return Window
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for consideration, the item must:
Be unused
Show zero signs of wear, damage, or modification
Be returned in original or equivalent packaging
Be in resellable condition at full value
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Items must be shipped with a trackable service.
I am not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
When I Cover Return Shipping
Return shipping is only covered if:
You received the wrong item
The item arrived damaged due to my packaging error
(Photos must be provided within 48 hours of delivery.)
Refunds
If a return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Used items
