All items are individually handcrafted. Natural variations in color, texture, shape, or finish are part of the uniqueness of each piece and are not considered defects.

By purchasing a handmade item, you acknowledge and accept these variations.

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including inventory errors, suspected fraud, or incorrect pricing.

If an order is canceled, you will receive a full refund.

If a pricing error occurs (such as incorrect display due to a glitch), I reserve the right to correct the price or cancel the order.

I do my best to describe and photograph each item accurately. However, I do not guarantee that device screens or monitors display colors perfectly.

Handmade items may vary slightly from images shown.

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer.

I am not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, it is considered received.

Any duties, customs fees, or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

In general, because these are one-of-a-kind handmade items, returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on my end.
