Made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be noted in the product description.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or another reliable carrier.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

I am not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or customs.

Incorrect Addresses

If the order is returned to me due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for paying reshipment fees.

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, it is considered received.

If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the carrier directly.

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.
